JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Communication Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract and beyond. In this role, you will develop and manage internal communication channels to ensure all corporate messages are communicated clearly and effectively, while driving employee engagement and promoting our employer brand.

1. Design a wide range of internal communication materials, including posters, backdrops, digital banners, ecards and other visual assets. Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and professional standards.
2. Produce internal and corporate videos from concept to final edit, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
3. Propose and develop creative content ideas for internal channels (Fanpage, Tiktok, TV System, Bulletin boards…).
4. Collabrate with the Content team to provide concepts for corporate videos, short clips or event highlights.
5. Collaborate with HR teams and relevant departments to develop communication materials and creative assets for employee engagement activities.
6. Lead photography and videography efforts for all internal company events.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications or a related field.

1. Experience

• Proven experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in a manufacturing or large-scale corporate environment is a plus.

1. Skills and Abilities

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva, Penci and CapCut.
  • Skilled in filming and editing corporate video, short-form clips (TikTok/Reels style)
  • Comfortable handling cameras and equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive attitude with a "can-do" spirit.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media & design trends to keep company content feeling fresh and modern.
  • Ability to utilize AI-assisted tools to increase production speed and streamline creative workflows.
