JOB SUMMARY

Takes care all BOM set up on system for Manufacturing & Engineering System Issue

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set up Bill of Material (BOM) & Routing by receive spec from engineer

2. Complete all project to set up and control BOM & Routing in system for CG

. • BOM’s usage

• BOM’s structure

• Reviewing scrap rate

• Cost reduction on material

• Materials replacement project.

• BOM thru-put.

• Routing operation process set up

• Run machine/ Run labor set up • Maintain CARB, High jump

3. Cooperate to solve/ improve BOM & Routing system issue/ change

4. Study and analysis for process/changing material, labor for the projects.

5. Process daily audit & correct BOM & Routing missing/ error in system

6. Maintain BOM, routing change/ ECO/ ECR & deploy for change

7. Process other assignments from Managers in term of system

8. Control all Engineering system issue

9. Work with US & WV to learn and implement new Engineering Software

10. Other task: Support other facility or Dept. to control and maintain system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education ▪ University

2. Experience

▪ Have 2 or 3 years working in manufacturing field, familiar with ERP system

3. Knowledge of:

▪ Manufacturing process, ERP system, product costing knowledge is prefer

4. Skills and Abilities

▪ Good at number

▪ Analysis ability

 ▪ Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.

▪ Very proactive and energetic.

▪ Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.

▪ Good at Written and Spoken English
