Take the main responsibility for common administration activities in department and tracking department’s KPI or critical project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Headcount record:
- Checking daily attendance of Training team and workers.
- Correcting attendance of team includes assigning A, U, P…leave.
- Coordinating with Team Leader/Supervisor to ensure all leaves have been registered in case of absence.
- Weekly overtime report.
- Weekly update headcount of department, forecaset turnover and turnover rate in report.
- Compensation and Benefit (C&B):
- Record/control movement/transferring status of employees in department.
- Collect registration and book meal order for overtime.
- Update, receive, deliver Health Insurance card.
- Distribute the uniforms for employees in department.
- Provide, manage the stationery for department.
- Collect and representative to work with HR for benefit/allowance of employees in case of adjusting.
- Conduct and support for annual activities e.g health check-up, survey…
- Training activity:
- Get new hire demand from each Production area and training needs from Depts.
- Support to do the movement in system whenever get demand.
- Conduct/support common basic training for newcomers, Trainers…
- Collect employee’s information before handover to Production.
- Coordinate with other departments (EHS, HR, …) regarding mandatory training activities.
- Booking/arranging the classroom, preparing the facilities/equipment (computer, projector, pointer, documents…) for training course in case needed.
- Recording the detail of training courses e.g number of attendees, training topic, time for training…and reporting to HoD in case needed.
- Make sure the training matrix skill of employees has been recorded.
- Continuous Improvement (CI):
- Support/drive department to meet targets on 6S, Idea, BBS/Near Miss…
- Data analysis and proposes ideas to standardize, improve training activities, employee’s performance.
- Ensure the document released to employees comply with Department standard, Work instruction, SOP, Training recording, …
- Creating friendly and cooperative work atmosphere.
- Other tasks assigned by Technical Training Manager/ Training Assistant Manager
- Education
- Required: Intermediate
- Preferable: College or above in relating fields.
- Experience
- At least one-year experience in administrative work or production work.
- Knowledge of:
- Company training process.
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing process.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Basic English skills
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Office
- Pro-active and ability to handle multi-task.

- Work on factory floor if needed.
- Working Conditions
- Assignments require the incumbent to work equal amounts of time in the manufacturing facility where it may be crowded, dusty, and have above or below ambient temperatures.
